Joseph Daches

Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Daches possesses more than 25 years of experience and expertise directing strategy and growth for small and mid-cap oil and gas companies. Mr. Daches has guided multiple E&P companies through financial strategies, capital raises, and private and public offerings. He has also developed, negotiated, and implemented various midstream and infrastructure solutions for multiple oil and gas companies. Prior to joining Lilis, Mr. Daches held executive roles in multiple upstream and midstream companies. Mr. Daches joined Lilis in October 2016 and became Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in January 2017. Since joining the Company, Mr. Daches has been instrumental in securing over $400 million in various forms of financing, negotiating and constructing a full infrastructure system across the Company’s properties and establishing significant capital market relationships to further enhance the Company’s strategic growth objectives. Mr. Daches holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wilkes University in Pennsylvania, and is a certified public accountant in good standing with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.

Vidal Quevedo

VP of Land & Business Development
Mr. Quevedo has enjoyed over 15 years in the oil and gas industry and in multiple basins within U.S. Onshore. Mr. Quevedo has worked within the Land and Business Development departments of various companies including majority of that time with XTO Energy Inc. in its Permian, Bakken, Appalachia and Barnett Regions as well as its Early Plays Business Development Team. Mr. Quevedo received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, an M.B.A. from Texas Christian University and has achieved the designation of Certified Professional Landman through the AAPL. Mr. Quevedo has served as President of the Fort Worth Association of Professional Landmen and on Committees with the AAPL.

Jose Rosales

Vice President of Operations
Mr. Rosales joined Lilis Energy as Vice President of Operations in September 2019 and brings 15 years of experience in multiple areas in the petroleum upstream industry. Mr. Rosales has held senior level positions and assisted with onshore and offshore conventional and unconventional projects. Mr. Rosales career began as a Drilling and Completions Engineer for Riata Energy, now Sandridge Energy. After Riata Energy, Mr. Rosales joined Hess Corporation as a completions and production engineer working its CO2 Tertiary Flood in the Permian Basin and helped development of ROZ (Residual Oil Zone). He later became a member of Hess Corporation engineering group for its international offshore operations in West Africa. Mr. Rosales become Manager of Operations for Clearfork Resources in 2013 working unconventional resource play in West Texas Midland Basin. Mr. Rosales was also was part of Denbury Natural Resources Operating Team responsible for tertiary recovery production facilities in their Gulf Coast CO2 facilities. Throughout his career, Mr. Rosales has helped operators focus on safe efficient operations, optimizing production and setting cost control measures. Mr. Rosales received his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University and active member of Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Austin Brooks

Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer
Mr. Brooks joined Lilis Energy as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development in August 2018. Mr. Brooks has over 10 years of finance and investment banking experience, most recently working in the energy investment banking group at Capital One Securities in Houston. His primary experience is in creative modeling, capital markets, and credit analysis. Mr. Brooks holds a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado.

Wobbe Ploegsma

VP of Capital Markets and Investor Relations
Mr. Ploegsma has over 15 years of finance and energy investment banking related experience. Prior to joining Lilis Energy, Mr. Ploegsma held various positions with Growth Capital Partners, Tudor Pickering Holt & Co., MLV & Co. and FBR Capital Markets. Mr. Ploegsma received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Trinity University and his MBA from Rice University’s Jones School of Business.

Neil Barman

VP of Reservoir Engineering
Mr. Barman joined Lilis Energy in August 2019 and brings more than 20 years of reservoir engineering and managerial experience. Prior to Lilis, Mr. Barman served six years at Pioneer Natural Resources holding various reservoir engineering and supervisory roles in Corporate Finance, Permian Basin, Eagle Ford and Raton Basin. Prior to Pioneer, Mr. Barman was Reserves Manager for Matador Resources where he led Matador’s reserves and budgeting group from private start-up to a successful IPO and listing on the NYSE. During his nine years at Matador, Mr. Barman played significant roles in field development and A&D efforts in Eagle Ford, Delaware Basin, Haynesville, Cotton Valley and on-shore Gulf Coast. Mr. Barman received his Bachelor of Technology from Indian School of Mines, Master of Science from University of Alberta and PhD from Texas A&M University, all in Petroleum Engineering. He also received an MBA from Rice University. Mr. Barman is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas.
